Troubleshooting: no games found, wrong matches, or missing new metadata
Fix the most common import and metadata issues quickly, including scans that miss newer provider content.

Use this checklist when library results do not match expectations.
No games found after scanning
- Verify folder paths and supported file extensions.
- Confirm emulator and system mapping is configured.
- Retry scan after path corrections.
Wrong or stale matches
- Re-run matching for affected titles.
- Validate title variants and region naming.
- Check IGDB and LaunchBox updates and refresh metadata.
Missing newly added screenshots/videos/metadata
Provider-side content can appear after your first match. Run refresh or re-match flows to pull newer content.
